Lead times
Cut-off time is 11:30 am (M-T) 10:00 am (Friday) for assembled and unassembled cabinets. Any cabinet modification, ex. glass cut-outs,
have a 5-7 day lead time. Post Form special cut outs, assembled miters and cut downs have a lead time of one – two additional business day(s).
Shipping
Mad4Cabinetry offers delivery service with our suppliers fleet of trucks that will deliver within the local area of our suppliers flagship facilities for
a minimum charge. Deliveries are curbside only. Job site deliveries are available upon request for a minimal fee. Should you want a white glove
service, it can be arranged. Please contact your Mad4Cabinetry Customer Service representative for pricing and details. Refused orders will be
charged a re-delivery fee of $125.00. Outside of our suppliers flagship facility area, we ship via Common Carrier, where the best available pallet
rate will be chosen. If a customer sends their own carrier to pick up cabinets, Mad4Cabinetry will not be responsible for filing damage claims.
(Please note a pallet fee will be applied to the order per pallet). Storage fees will occur to any order that we hold for more than 2 weeks at a rate
of $100.00 per pallet, charged monthly. Orders cannot be picked up on the day of completion.
Expedited Service
If you need an order faster than our published lead-times, we can expedite your order based on style and availability for an additional 25%
surcharge. Please ask your Mad4Cabinetry customer service rep about it.
Returns
There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned cabinet. Shipping/Delivery charges will not be credited for any returns. Cabinets must be
returned in the same condition it was when it was received, and in the original packaging. We will not credit any installed cabinets, or cabinets
without their original box. Non-stock cabinets, custom modifications, wood hoods, and counter tops (post form and self-edge) are not returnable.
When requesting a return, please provide the sales order number, or your P.O. number, so we can process your credit. Please allow
Mad4Cabinetry 7-14 business days to process your credit. Mad4Cabinetry will not accept returns after 30 days.
Damages
If a cabinet arrives damaged, a replacement will be issued through our Replacement Department. In order for us to send out the replacement at
no charge, pictures of the damages and your sales order or P.O. number, must be provided. Mad4Cabinetry will not credit damaged cabinets
after 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges

Exchanged cabinets cannot be swapped; you will be required to pay in full. Shipping/Delivery charges will not be credited for any exchanges. In order for us to send out the exchanged cabinets, please provide the original sales order, or P.O. number, in addition to the cabinets needed.
Please allow 7-14 days for your credit to be applied to your account.
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Mad4Cabinetry warrants to the original purchaser that all Cabinetry by Roca products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for five years from the time of purchase. Please note: Natural variations in wood grain or color may cause your cabinet to not exactly match the original sample or be exactly the same as one another, this is due to the natural characteristics of wood grain and color. Additionally, the characteristic of wood is to expand and contract over time. As such hairline cracks and/or finish stress lines may become visible on painted or stained mitered doors or wooden joints, and is not considered a defect. During this period of time, Mad4Cabinetry will repair or replace at our discretion, any cabinet or component that proves to be defective in material and workmanship under proper installation and normal use. This warranty does not apply to any damage that has occurred due to accident, misuse, or improper handling or cleaning of the cabinetry. Cabinetry that is stored or placed in humid environment will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to cabinetry that has been altered, modified, improperly installed or serviced by any unauthorized service agency. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts only and does not include service, labor, or transportation charges related to the removal or installation of the defective or replacement parts. This warranty does not apply to any products used in conjunction with the cabinetry, such as counter tops, appliances, or plumbing fixtures. Repair or replacement is subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction of Cabinetry by Roca, at that time.
If a warranty claim is filed after a product becomes unavailable, Mad4Cabinetry will replace that part with a part of the same or similar style based on availability. No dealer, agent, contractor, or installer has any right to change or extend the above warranty. These warranty statements only, are the expressed warrants extended by Mad4Cabinetry In lieu of any other warranties, this warranty shall constitute the entire liability of Mad4Cabinetry.
